Cottage - Deluxe with Porch (Sleeps 7/No Pets)
These deluxe cabins feature a covered porch. Each rental includes 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bunk bed. The large kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dinnerware for 6. In addition to a pull-out sofa, the living/dining room includes table that seats 4. Full restroom facilities shower/tub. All come with heat/AC and large flat screen TV. Enjoy the comfort of our new cabins in the great outdoors.
We do not allow pets in this accommodation type; however, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in these rentals.
Cottage - Loft (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
These cottages sleep up to 6 people, so there is room for everyone in the family. In the bedroom is a queen bed. In the living area is a double sleeper sofa and a 40" flat screen TV. The extended loft area provides plenty of room for fun and a place for the kids. There is a full kitchen and a full bath. Outdoors is a covered deck, picnic table, fire pit and charcoal grill.
During July and August these cottages are rented by the week only. Nightly reservations can be made in May, June, September and October.
We do not allow pets in this accommodation type; however, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in these rentals.

General Policies
- Campsite check-in: 1 p.m. (Please call to see if early check in is available. An additional fee will apply.)
- Campsite check-out: 12 noon
- Rental check-in: 4 p.m. (Please call to see if early check-in is available. An additional fee will apply.)
- Rental check-out: 11 a.m.
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years.
- Guests aged 15 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- Leashed pets are always welcome on the property; but are not allowed in our rentals. However, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in a rental.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (888) 891-5979.
- If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.
Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
Cancellation Policies
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
- RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
- Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
