Our Thousand Trails Camping Pass is offered by MHC Thousand Trails Limited Partnership, Two North Riverside Plaza, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60606 (“Sponsor”). This advertising is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of resort campground memberships. This document has been fi led with the Department of Licensing, State of Washington as required by Washington Law. To be eligible to receive a $25 Virtual Visa® Reward Card as a referral reward, (i) you must be a Thousand Trails Campground member in good standing; (ii) your Camping Pass agreement must be signed and paid in full; and (iii) the customer you refer must be a new customer, guest, or resident of the campground and purchase a Thousand Trails Camping Pass membership between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (“Eligible Referral”). To be eligible to receive a $75 Virtual Visa® Reward Card as a referral reward, (i) you must be a Thousand Trails Campground member in good standing; (ii) your Membership agreement must be signed and paid in full; and (iii) the member you refer must purchase a Thousand Trails Upgrade Membership (Journey, Elite Connections, or Adventure) with an authorized Thousand Trails Membership Specialist between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (“Eligible Referral”). Only one referral reward will be given for each referral. Reward will be paid after both parties are paid in full. Cannot be combined with any other offers or programs.
Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ and PA are not eligible to receive a $25 Virtual Visa® Reward Card or $75 Virtual Visa® Reward Card and you will not receive a $25 Virtual Visa® Reward Card or $75 Virtual Visa® Reward Card for purchases made by residents of AZ or PA. We reserve the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason; however, any rewards earned prior to the suspension or termination of this promotion will be honored. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
All local, state and federal income taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Accordingly, we recommend that all participants consult a tax advisor about reporting rewards for tax purposes. We will issue the required 1099 to each participant and to the IRS when the total value of awards you are eligible to receive equal or exceed $600 for one year. Any purchases made with the Virtual Visa® Reward must only be in U.S. currency.
