Appalachian RV Resort from Encore offers a variety of spacious RV sites including 50-foot super pull-thru sites, 45-foot back-in sites, and 25-foot wooded sites. For those traveling without an RV, we also offer tent sites, camping cabins, and cottages. All of our campsites include picnic tables and fire rings, so bring your hot dogs and s’mores supplies! Or join us at our full service restaurant to dine on a great meal or pick up some extra supplies at our store!
There is plenty to do at this Pennsylvania Dutch Country RV resort! Fish in our stocked pond, splash around in the swimming pool, play a round of miniature golf, or shoot some hoops. Looking for some friendly competition? A sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits are available for tournaments. For the kids, a playground, arcade, and weekly movies offer plenty of recreation. RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

Reservation Policies
- Prices and site type are subject to availability and change.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
Deposit Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.

RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
- Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on all campsites and in some rentals.
- Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
