Appalachian RV Resort from Encore offers a variety of spacious RV sites including 50-foot super pull-thru sites, 45-foot back-in sites, and 25-foot wooded sites. For those traveling without an RV, we also offer tent sites, camping cabins, and cottages. All of our campsites include picnic tables and fire rings, so bring your hot dogs and s’mores supplies! Or join us at our full service restaurant to dine on a great meal or pick up some extra supplies at our store!
There is plenty to do at this Pennsylvania Dutch Country RV resort! Fish in our stocked pond, splash around in the swimming pool, play a round of miniature golf, or shoot some hoops. Tailgaters/Chili Cook Off Weekend
10/04/2024 – 10/06/2024
Show your team colors! It's football season. Whether you are a college or NFL fan, show your team spirit by decorating your site and yourself throughout this weekend. What would a football weekend be without tailgating! We will have a Corn Hole Tournament and our annual Chili Cook-Off this weekend. Who has the best chili in all of Appalachian? Saturday night, we will have live music with the Better Than Nothing Band on the pond stage.

Columbus Day Weekend and Outdoorsman Weekend
10/11/2024 – 10/14/2024
This 3-day holiday weekend, we will be having lots of fun outdoor activities, including our Fall Fishing Tournament. Saturday evening, there will be a live band, Wood Flower, in the hall, and The Lucky Leprechaun Winery will be here with their wine tastings and wine slushies! Sunday afternoon, we will hold a regular BINGO game.

They're heeeeeerrrrreeeee. Our extremely popular Halloween Weekends. So many Halloween activities you and your little ghosts and goblins will certainly enjoy every minute of your weekend. We will have costume BINGO, a pumpkin-carving contest, costume judging, campground-wide trick-or-treating. This year, we will have a Halloween dance with a DJ for Halloween Weekend 1 and 2. Enjoy our famous, super fun, and scary haunted house!

RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

Age Requirement
Minimum age to check-in: 21.
Guests 17 and under are considered children.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on all campsites and in some rentals.

- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

Reservation Policies
- Prices and site type are subject to availability and change.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
Deposit Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.

Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
- Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on all campsites and in some rentals.
- Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
